Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically in the United States to all 50 states. Orders can be placed at frankiesonthepark.com 24/7/365, and are processed daily, excluding holidays. Packages are shipped via UPS

When will I get my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing, followed by the shipping method you choose:

Standard Service (5-7 business days) calculated shipping based on location at checkout

2nd Day Air (2 business days) calculated shipping based on location at checkout

FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING OVER $200

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders $200+.

Do you do local pickups?

Yes, our Chicago, Illinois and Santa Monica, California locations both offer a FREE in-store pickup option at checkout.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting our customer service team, info@frankiesonthepark.com. If your order has already shipped, our customer service team will issue a refund upon the return of the item.

What’s the status of my order?

At any time after placing an order, you can check the status by logging into your account or by contacting customer service, info@frankiesonthepark.com.

Click on the tracking number link to view your item's tracking page on the UPS website.

If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit ups.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase and credit will be given in the original form of payment.  Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and original tags must be attached. All shoes must be in their original box. 

Please note, there may be a $20 restocking fee for returns of certain special occasion dresses. If a restocking fee applies to a product, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

If any of the items listed above are returned to us, they will not be refunded nor will they be returned to you. 

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please select tracking information on any returns and save your receipt. 

How do I return my product?
What are the returns shipping fees?

$12 shipping/processing fee for online returns. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from returned items refund.

$20 restocking fee for select dresses returned. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from returned items refund. If dress has a restocking fee, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

What’s the Frankie’s story?

Founder Lisa Burik launched Frankie’s on the Park in 2008, inspired by her oldest daughter, Frankie, who always used fashion as a way to express her individuality. Today, Frankie’s is a place for every girl to define her own sense of style with a personally-curated wardrobe. 

What does Frankie's believe in?
