What is the online return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase and credit will be given in the original form of payment. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and original tags must be attached. All shoes must be in their original box.
Holiday extended return policy: November 1st – December 24th returns will be accepted until January 10th, 2025. Some exclusions may apply.
Please note, there may be a $20 restocking fee for returns of certain special occasion dresses. If a restocking fee applies to a product, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

If any of the items listed above are returned to us, they will not be refunded nor will they be returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees:
$12 shipping/processing fee for online returns. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from returned items refund.
$20 restocking fee for select dresses returned. The restocking fee will be automatically deducted from returned items refund. If dress has a restocking fee, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please select tracking information on any returns and save your receipt.
What is the in-store return policy?
