Orders can be placed at frankiesonthepark.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Frankie’s on the Park ships domestically & internationally. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Packages are shipped via UPS within the United States.

Frankie’s on the Park offers delivery to your every need! You can have your order delivered to your home or have a gift delivered to your best friend.

For orders shipping outside of the U.S., customers are responsible for the shipping cost which is calculated at checkout. International shipping costs are calculated by UPS based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination. At the time of checkout, please enter your full address to determine the shipping cost.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting our customer service team. If your order has shipped, our customer service team will issue a refund as soon as you have returned the item(s) to frankiesonthepark.com.
